Global Equities Associate Program
The Global Equities Associate Program is geared toward the development of Citadel’s next generation of analysts. Associates are personally selected by Global Equities’ senior management and join Citadel from a wide range of backgrounds, including private equity and hedge funds, or upon completion of a two-year investment banking or consulting program.
Global Equities associates immediately join investment teams and learn the fundamentals of equity investing, trading, portfolio construction, and risk management. They are exposed to every aspect of the Global Equities investment process and quantitative frameworks while employing modeling, valuation and interpersonal skills. Our goal is to provide associates with the building blocks necessary for a successful career at Citadel. Typically, 18 to 36 months are required to develop the necessary skills for becoming a covering analyst for Citadel Global Equities.
Global Equities associate roles are available in Chicago and occasionally in our offices in London, New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong.
