Citadel Securities’ Capital Markets team is an integrated group focused on the origination, structuring, and syndication of high yield bonds, leveraged loans, mezzanine debt, equity derivatives and convertibles. In addition, we advise on and execute liability management transactions, including exchange offers, tender offers, consent solicitations, and covenant amendments. Citadel Execution Services (CES)

Citadel Securities CES is a leading equity market-maker and options smart router in the U.S., providing liquidity and execution services to over 150 broker/dealer clients. A registered broker/dealer, CES executes and routes over 600,000 equity trades, 500 million equity shares, and 1.2 million retail options contracts per day on average. CES is an equity market-maker in approximately 8,000 NASDAQ, NYSE, NYSE Arca, and NYSE Alternext securities. In addition, CES routes orders in nearly every U.S.-listed equity and index options to all seven U.S. options exchanges.
