Andrew Kolinsky is President of Citadel Execution Services (CES). Prior to joining Citadel in 2005, Mr. Kolinsky was responsible for all aspects of maintaining and building the broker/dealer business at Knight Capital Group as Managing Director and Head of Broker/Dealers Sales & Marketing.

Before joining Knight Capital Group in 2000, Mr. Kolinsky was Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Public Relations and Operations and a non-voting member of the Board of Directors at the Chicago Stock Exchange. Mr. Kolinsky spent 13 years at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, where his final position was First Vice President Marketing & Client Services.

Mr. Kolinsky holds a bachelor’s degree from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) and has completed the Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association’s Wharton Program. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Options Clearing Corporation and Direct Edge LLC.

Brennan Warble is Head of Institutional Sales. Mr. Warble joined Citadel in 2009 from Merrill Lynch, where he was most recently Head of Americas Equity Sales. During his years at Merrill, Mr. Warble held many senior positions in the equity business, including Head of Latin America Equities, Global Head of Convertible Bond Sales, Head of U.S. Convertible Trading, Head of Americas Derivatives Sales, and Head of Americas Cash Sales Trading.

Mr. Warble graduated from St. Lawrence University.
